History & TImeline
2020:
Establishment of EH Capital Group and launch of S.M. Wilson Portfolio Development with initial 5 divisions and 250 referred fiscal sponsors.
2021:
Expansion with 3 additional divisions focusing on education, accounting, and grant development.
2022:
Introduction of the Finance Division and partnership with the Florida Center for Economic Initiatives.
2025:
Planned launch of remaining divisions and MOBU Enterprises' Commercial Real Estate Development Apprenticeship Program.
2026:
Goal to secure 15,000+ referral clients and expand operations to 15 states.
